9/12/2010 Sierra County Sheriff's Posse Trail Ride 7:30 am - 2:00 pm, Sheriff's Posse Arena, 601 Rodeo Road, Truth or Consequences The SCSP was founded in 1953 and provides search and rescue and security services as well as hosting Jr. rodeos, 4H horse shows, and gymkhanas. This fundraiser will help keep the Posse operating - riders and sponsors are needed! Breakfast will be served for the riders at 7:30 at the Posse grounds. The ride to Elephant Butte begins at 9am. Riders receive a lunch ticket good for any of the vendors at the Elephant Butte Annual Celebration. Return to the arena after lunch.
