5/30/2011 Fly Freedom's Flag Boat Parade & Concert 10am-9pm, Dam Site Marina, Marina del Sur, Elephant Butte Lake State Park The event begins at 10am with a POW/MIA service at Dam Site Restaurant Patio. Decorated boats meet at Dam Site to start the boat parade at noon. At 12:30 the boats pass by the main boat ramp for wreath toss and playing of taps. All are invited to decorate their boats, rvs or campsites and join the parade honoring those who've served in the military. Cost: free.
